We collect the contact information, measurements, food preferences, schedule and health screening responses you choose to provide. We use them to save your assessment, determine suitability, prepare your plan, process your purchase and respond to support requests.

Sensitive profile and contact details are encrypted in storage. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; we retain order references, amount and verified payment status. Service providers may process the information required for their role, such as your email address for delivery.

Optional marketing consent is separate from the required service consent. We do not send marketing or abandoned-assessment reminders without it. You can withdraw optional consent through the unsubscribe link in messages or a support request.

Secure links are private bearer links: anyone you share one with may be able to see your plan. Keep them private. We limit staff access to authorized administrators, maintain audit records and use encrypted backups.

Ask for access, correction or deletion through the Data Deletion page. Financial records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. The operator must configure and publish its retention periods and contact details before launch.
